Moonstyle Refund Policy

At MoonstyleNYC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product and service meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Clothing Purchases*.
- **Refunds**: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within *5-10 business days*.
- **Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We have a 30-day return policy for standard clothing items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need receipt or proof of purchase reason for return the .

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Custom Clothing Items
-Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing, refunds are not available for custom-made orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- *Defects or Errors*: If your custom item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake in the customization (wrong size, color, design), please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon receipt of the faulty item.
- **Process**: Please provide photos and details of the issue to expedite the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom Clothing Items

3. Exchanges
We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with details of the issue.

4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
